I do not know a single person voting FOR Romney, every one is voting AGAINST obama.
It is sad that we do not have a candidate that people are voting for.
(What worries me, is the Romney will think he is chosen as opposed to voting against the other guy)

I live in California and it is bloody hopeless here, but I would love to hear about what is happening in other areas of the country, especially the battleground states.

My sister e-mailed me after the debate and said “after that I am definitely voting for Romney!”

Now if you knew this sister of mine I don't know which is more EPIC: that she watched a debate or that she's voting for Romney!

For the most part the polls are swaying in the undecided wind...and those people are def half-wits. I think they’ll basically support whoever the press tells them is the winner.

I don’t know anyone who has changed their vote but If you didn’t listen to the radio or watch the tv and internet you would never know there was even a presidential election going on. I haven’t seen a single yard sign. Did see a Romney Ryan 2012 painted on a grain bin. The town near us is almost all low income farm laborers. The whole town is on foodstamps and welfare. Last time around there were Obama Biden signs in every yard. This year not a one.

I hear that even the Obamaphone lady (Lady?) is thinking of changing her vote after the debate debacle!

I live in the People’s Republic of Seattle. In 2008 literally every other car had an Obama sticker.

Now It seems to be about ten percent or less.

AND last week I was an anti Obama bumper sticker on a truck in the parking lot of a PCC (Liberal cooperative grocery where I was shopping.

It had a picture of Obama and read: Does this ass make my truck look fat?

This in a liberal bastion.

Good sign.

A family I know with four adult children picked up and left this state of taxation, gay marriage and war on the Big Gulp and the whole extended family moved to Florida. We keep in touch, and I told them now your vote really means something, but they weren't sure they could vote for a Mormon. This family is some type of baptist and I understood their point of view. Of course when I met them 20 years ago the kids thought because I was Catholic, I sacrificed animals on an alter every Sunday! But we got past that.

After the debate I got a Big “ you're right Obama’s just plain stupid and has got to go, we're ordering Romney yard signs right now”. I think the debate helped them to see him as a person, not just a “scary Mormon”. They would have never voted for Obama, but now Romney had 8 more votes in Florida!

My sister announced to the whole family she was going to vote Romney this time around.

My dad nearly died (but likely would have still voted if he had passed) and tried to talk her out of it.

He failed.

She might just earn her way back on to my friends list on Facebook.

Can't help you. Don't talk politics with any of my neighbors. No point in doing so.

In 2008 Presidential vote, result was 75% McCain, 23% Obama. I am so ashamed that Obama got so many votes in my county, but we (Republicans) are handicapped: http://www.nps.gov/nico/index.htm

I personally know two who said hey are switching, one an indie, one a super lib. I also know a third, --- whom I don 't know if she voted at all last time--- but who is voting Romney.

How about this anecdotal evidence here in OH: I have been on a list to get a R/R sign for weeks. They called 3 days ago. By the time I got there yesterday 1000 signs were gone! The lady showed me a legal sign up pad for the next batch . . Ten pp long!

Not only do the R/R signs heavily outnumber Obama signs here, but I see signs in yards that I never saw signs in during the 08 campaign.

Not anecdotal but the fake jobs numbers are sure ringing hollow with the jobless who haven't found jobs or know anyone in their network who has. No amount of smoke and mirrors, bogus numbers the MSM will buy in a second, or campaign ad manure can change that.
