The first rule of holes obviously wasn’t part of Crazy Ol’ Joe’s debate prep regimen.

I only lasted through the first question about the murders in Libya. Biden never really answered the question. Instead, he started listing all of Obama’s foreign policy “achievements” such as “ending the war” in Iraq and getting Bin Laden. Looked like all Biden was going to do was recite the usual lib talking points. Meanwhile, Ryan came back with not only an answer to the original question, but responses to Biden’s propaganda as well. But I decided at that point that the debate spoils tell me nothing about the candidates, so I turned it off.
It irritates me to no end when a politician doesn't answer a question. I get nothing on which to formulate an opinion and to make an educated choice.

How do they calculate the statistics of how much time each participant was allowed when almost every time Ryan was using his time, Biden spoke over him?
It was officially Ryan's time, but Biden yelled louder and was the voice that was heard. The stupid Obama moderator never tried to shut up biden.

I think it was Terry Bradshaw that said something like; "An old man with treachery and deceit will always beat a young man with science and education".
It was kind of sad seeing old Joe trying to score points when it was his turn to speak and then talking over Ryan or doing his horse laugh when it was Ryan's turn to respond.
My overall impression is that Biden lost because he refused to engage in the debate an instead resorted to playing the clown. He way overplayed the part and left people wondering if he was on something.
