Wasn’t there a lady at a Ryan event this spring that got up to ask him a question and then got on her knees and asked him to jump into the Presidential fray?

Yes, he does have that “every mother’s son” quality. I have to believe that the elderly who have been hearing threats that he would roll their wheelchairs over the cliff were surprised to see such a thoughtful and genuine guy. And his demeanor and conduct last night have only served to enhance his image and the Romney/Ryan ticket.
