I agree Ohio may be a different story, but assuming that all states are the same is a mistake. Absentee voting is very popular in the Intermountain West. I saw somewhere that 40% of the ballots in Colorado are absentee. I've already voted and I think I'm not alone, putting all your eggs in a two to three week buy before the election seems so 2008 to me...
