Just a thought. Since we know they knew what was happening. ANd since we know they did NOT react to the action, is it possible that they were waiting to receive orders from some one to “respond” Someone, like say the CiC,????

I have been saying that it's the administration's Middle Eastern version of Fast & Furious except much worse.
