To various posters here: Arlen Specter was a RINO. But he was neither a Klansman like Byrd or a murderer like Kennedy. It is very inappropriate to wish him in hell simply because we didn’t like the way he often voted.
Specter looked after his favorite constituency, which was himself.
In the dictionary under the term, ‘self-serving’, there is a picture of Arlen.

I wouldn’t try to trivialize his liberalism as mere “voting”. I won’t be dismissive of the damage he has done to We the People and this nation.
