'Kato' Kaelin now says O.J. killed Nicole Simpson, Ron Goldman (Loathsome Parasite Alert!)
Los Angeles Times ^ | September 20, 2012

O.J. Simpson killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Lyle Goldman, says one of the more prominent witnesses in the criminal trial in which the former football legend was acquitted in the 1994 double murder.

Brian "Kato" Kaelin, who lived in Simpson's guest house at the time of killings, identified Simpson as the killer in an interview with the New York Post.

"The statute of limitations has now passed . . . so I can now say . . . yes, he did it,”  Kaelin told Cindy Adams of the Post. Asked why his testimony did not help convict Simpson, he replied, “I was too scared. I was terrified.”

Is it possible to any more of a loathsome parasite than Kato Kaelin? His entire testimony at the criminal trial had only one object: To generate as much publicity as possible for himself. His world came crashing down on him the moment that Marcia Clark declared him to be a hostile witness. That wiped the smirk off his face. And now he pretends to be truthful because the statute of limitations expired????

In other news.... The sky is blue and water is wet.

Anyone who actually thought that OJ was innocent would have to be a complete dumb ass.

There isn’t, but double jeopardy still pertains.

Not clear why he would come forward now, unless he’s seeking more money from someone.

I didn’t think there was a statue of limitations for murder.

He wasn't thinking of OJ, he was thinking of potential charges against himself for perjury, obstruction of justice, and misprision of felony.

maybe its for his testimony he didnt murder any one unless they could have got him as an accessory and the times run out on that one.

They’ll find him somewhere popped in the head

Not positive, but I think he was talking about the SOL for perjury.

If OJ kills Kato and I’m picked for jury, I will cast a vote of not guilty by reason of OJ performing a public service.

1) Wow, Kato, tell us something we don't know!

2) Wouldn't have mattered WHAT he said at the trial. The "impartial jurors" knew from the start what they were going to say.

I think Kato Kaelin was OJ’s gofer. Kato would go buy the cocaine and bring it back to OJ. OJ did not want to be seen going in and out of drug houses. Also, OJ did not trust black people as cocaine suppliers. I have no evidence. I am only speculating.

There isn’t. He is just rationalizing the delay

If he claims he didn’t tell the truth under oath then, why should I believe he is telling the truth now?

Is there a statute of limitations on a charge of accessory to murder?

Gitmo could use tapes of Kato Katlin’s testimony as a new information-gathering tool. No one could withstand the nail on a blackboard efffect of seeing it more than once.
