I am up late tonight watching some bad weather on twitter feeds going through my beloved Mississippi. Had friends in their shelter tonight there and we have been texting back and forth while the tornado skipped along near her house! Scary...but everyone is ok.

“No Shrimp tacos either!”
I forgot the shrimp tacos with the shrimp prepared in so many ways.
We had Dorado tacos last night after discussing this thread.
To night we will have shrimp tacos. We will season the shrimp and let them soak up the seasoning for a few hours. Then I will put them on skewers and charcoal broil them about a minute per side. Then the shrimp will become the center piece of the tacos.
On the working pier just west of Avia Beach is a great dive called Mike’s. The seafood is often caught the day it cooked up. The chef has been there for years, and he makes incredible sea food tacos and some Pacific Isle sea foods.
At first, my wife didn’t want to go to Mike’s because it is a dive. Then after hearing local talk about it, we got in line for a lunch. Now, we are frequent fliers at Mike’s.
I had a great time friday night.

Range update:
I dropped by Mickeys on the way home and he informed me that he redid the 100 yard range and cut in a 200 yard range. I never got over there to look closely.
Also he did work on the 400 yard range and has the gongs bit it was so over grown he called it a day and laid whit5e rock on the road instead.
He will continue to cut a trail down to the gongs in the near future.
The new camearas feed to Vickeys computer.
Gots ta get myself out there as soon as it cools down some.
Would be cool if those cameras were able to be accessed by key holders so we know when it’s busy or not down there...
I mentioned it to the fellow that set up the network.
We shall see.
We had a great time too!! My blender has gone on to margaritaville heaven. We burned up the rubber blade thingys lol!! I hatred that blender anyway. Gonna try to find one like NYtexan’s.
Can’t wait till we can all get together again!
