You'd think CNN would be thrilled with all the controversy over Candy Crowley's performance at last night's Presidential debate, but we've learned network honchos are NOT happy she's become part of the story.
Multiple sources connected with CNN tell TMZ ... the honchos think Candy did a good job, but they're freaking out over allegations that she was pro-Obama and harsh on Romney. As one source put it, "They want to make all of the publicity over Candy just go away, because it calls into question CNN's impartiality."
Another well-connected CNN source scoffs at the reaction, telling us, "It's typical. This type of publicity is great. More people know who Candy Crowley is than ever before, and CNN is blowing the chance of exploiting it."
A CNN source says putting Candy on the network last night immediately following the debate was not because CNN was bragging about her performance ... it was "damage control."
The source added, "What CNN cares about is the brand. It's all about the brand."

I'm gonna guess the source is a liberal. A conservative would know this, since a strong brand helps them make money and a weak brand costs them money. But a liberal would think that trying to shore up the brand to keep the profits flowing so the paychecks can keep coming is "selling out" or something.

It doesn’t matter whether the fact check Candy Crowley offered during the debate was right or wrong. The fact that we are talking about Candy Crowley, more than the candidates indicates she totally blew her moderator responsibilities. She should never be allowed to participate in another one of these debates, ever.

I don’t give the RINOs this much credit, but...
every commie knows that they must operate in the shadows, behind the scenes, and never in the open, because they’d never get in the positions of power necessary to advance communism.
Once in a while, someone comes along that has been so immersed in their worldview, surrounded by like minded, like-speaking people, that they don’t remember to keep the mask on.
Crowley exposed the communist/leftist agenda last night,
and a bunch of folks are trying to shove her back under the rug.
There’s no way that the GOPe would let this go, on purpose, in order to expose the communist left, but that’s what happened.

Since the first and second pres debates and the vp debate were all moderated by the left, why in hell's name wouldn't the pubs insist on a Bret Baier or Brit Hume or someone who has a conservative bone in their body??
