You are absolutely right, but only one of them called for AWB reinstitution.
On a sidenote, O reffered to civilian rifles as "automatics." Then R said automatics were already illegal. Neither, apparently are well schooled on anything besides hype.
And gun stores and manufacturers just gave Obama the award again for “Gun Salesman of the Year”. . .

No he didn’t. He banned semi-automatic guns based on certain characteristics. Still stupid but not an assault gun ban. By definition, assault weapons are selective fire. Those are illegal under NFA and FOPA.
That is what Obama wants.
Romney is better than Obama on this issue.
