The best thing for America would be to saw off the Leftist Left Coast states and hope they drift into Leftist Hawaii and so take ALL of them as far away from America as possible.

(wonder if their comrades in Commie China would scoop them up from the Pacific? Nah, even THEY ain’t THAT stupid!)

nah... come on now .
LOTS of good patriots live out here .
Plus Hawaii is absolutely crucial to our troops ,
Army , Air Force , Navy & Marines .
Both for training and basing .
And these folks deserve the support of ALL Americans
for they come from everywhere ; your sons and daughters .

We need the help of the rest of the Conservative USA
to fend off and put down this disgusting Liberal scourge that has for too long infested these shores . It’s too beautiful a place to just write off . The gateway to Asia and the front line against China and NK as well.
Help us , do not diss us . We are you also ....

Call me old-fashioned.

I think it is dastardly to call for people who are not from Hawaii to interfere with politics there.

Just my two cents.

That's right. Many of the military related residence of the W. Coast aren't there by choice.

We were stationed in Washington for 3 yrs. It's a beautiful state but the liberal interference in raising your children will drive you mad. We couldn't get orders back to the East Coast fast enough.

The poster is just trying to artificially rack up the poll numbers to deter voter turnout. Like the libs and media are trying to do to Conservatives in the Pres. election. with stacked poll numbers

In the end, election day numbers are all that matters.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. (multiple votes using multiple internetz devices are allowed!) And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

nah , not at all . Mass amounts of east coast and west coast Libs have flooded in . MoveOn pushes the Occupy movement and all the local candidates have huge progressive , mainland backing . We are in a civil fight that knows no bounds , and all’s fair in war .

Yeah, you’re right I guess... they do it...

Just I remember a few threads here where people complained (rightly, IMHO) about money flooding into their state to pay for and buy commercial time in support of liberal causes.

It is one of the great values of ‘freeping’ and one that I employ from time to time , to counteract the effects of the Libs mobbing and stacking such online polls themselves and they definitely do it . In order to do that , the entire Free Republic community can come together as a whole ( or in part ) and push back . Strongly ! Does it matter ? Maybe , maybe not , but it is better than sitting on our hands and doing nothing . Besides , we DO live in the UNITED States ...it’s all good

Mazie Hirono. - 41% (198 votes)
Linda Lingle. - 56% (266 votes)
Undecided. - 3% (14 votes)
Total Votes: 478

Looks like the Rep is on top — I thought Hawaii was as deeply entrenched in Democrat pols as the lost state of California.

I’m with you— I’ve seen this lib tactic in my own local papers — a sudden, massive flood of votes for a lefty candidate or tax increased, etc.

This is a GREAT way to push back!! WE all need to vote on these things and yes they ARE important!!!

Great work, Leo and dynachrome!

Linda Lingle here was our anomaly ! Our former 2 term REPUBLICAN Governor . Good friend of Sarah Palin and solid Bush supporter on many of the important points . Also known for trying her best to work in a ‘bi-partisan’ manner , which is important over here in , as you point out , a heavily Dem state . Keiko (Mazie ) Hirono on the other hand , a former LtGov and several term U.S. Rep has ambitions to move up to the top 6yr U.S. Senate slot being vacated by aged and retiring Hawaiian Senator Dan Akaka . Hirono , who was not even born in America (Japan) has long been one fo the most ardently Liberal ‘progressive ‘ members of the U.S. House of Reps . A high placed member of the House ‘Progressive’ Caucus , always against fully prosecuting the GWoT and ALWAYS voting in total lockstep with Obama . Her election to the U.S. Senate would affect and impact ALL Americans as she would be a total left wing progressive shill there too . AND she would inherit the nauseating tendency towards permanent incumbency that Hawaii is known for . SO ...it’s HUGE that she be defeated and thus our FR push to shift the visible and popular polls in Hawaii serves a valuable purpose , nationwide . Mahalo !
