Correct if Iam wrong but it is my understanding
Is that he can sign all the treaties he wants however
Until Conress approves by voting on them they aren’t
Legally binding.

Yes, and it requires a 2/3 majority of the Senate, which ain’t going to happen, even in the lame duck Harry Reid Senate.

We have an eligible or ineligible president with no verifiable history, who has run guns to Mexican drug lords and apparently various versions of islamic terrorists, rammed obamacare down our throats in a closed door session after promising a decent period for public review, which was then not just passed by the SC, but altered by the Chief Justice to make sure it is "Constitutional" enough, and signed an incredible number of Executive Orders giving the presidency absolute power well beyond what had been signed in the past, not to mention the various ABC agencies, including the freaking weather service, stocking up on ammo, the same agencies privately advising agents to stock up on personal food, water, and a "main stream" media that refuses to tell us anything about it except how great obama is, etc....I could go on and on, as I'm sure you can.

The point is, why do you take any comfort in the Constitutional controls you cite, especially with these people in charge?

You'd better hope that some sort of lame duck Congressional majority is maintained in session until he's gone to stand watch, just to make sure.

These people aren't seeing and doing things the same way traditional Americans usually do. Time to get back to eternal vigilance and make sure things get back to being Constitutional.
