SANFORD – Hours before George Zimmerman will return to court for a hearing on his request for Trayvon Martin's school records, the teen's parents accused Zimmerman of needlessly attacking their slain son's character.
"I feel that Trayvon's school records are not relevant in this case," Trayvon's father Tracy Martin said this morning, adding that Zimmerman's medical records, also a pending issue for today's hearing, "are very relevant in the case."
"It is wrong to subpoena his records on so many levels," said Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump, who called the defense request "the old classic method of attacking the victim."

Why would Capt. Zimmerman’s medical records be relevant as any medical conditions he would have would not have been observed by Trayvon?

Yep, the record will show that poor little Trayvon was a gang banger in training. We can’t have that. It might give people the impression that Trayvon was aggressive and attacked Zimmerman that night. But the liberal narrative is that he was shot for no reason, and that America has notchanged from the days of Emmitt Till.
The narrative is more important to liberals than the actual facts of the case.
I’m guessing the records will demonstrate a propensity for violence which will not ony sully the name of Trayvon, but will bolster Zimmerman’s defense.
They are as relevant as anything in this case Mr. Martin. We are not interested in his grades though that would be a topic for consideration, we are looking for disciplinary records. What was the real reason Travon was suspended? How about is associates, who were his friends? What were their school record like?
Mr. Martin....everything about your son is fair game here. Because, if he was the choirboy you have suggested then there is nothing to see....is there? Or is there?

Justice is blind.. denial of the records will just add fuel to the fire, not sure if it is an appeal-worthy item, who knows in Florida, not foregetting a judicial system that has let a murdering ‘mom’ go not so long ago.
So what does the little punk have to hide? That he was a real sad case and a real screwed up piece of crap.
You wanted a trial. This is part of it.
