President Obamas National Security Council may have shaped the policy decision that led to decreased security at the U.S. consulate Benghazi, where the U.S. Ambassador to Libya was murdered last month, according to House investigators.
State Department officials rejected requests for extra security because they were trying to effectuate a policy of normalization in Libya, investigators learned. In a new letter from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee to President Obama, lawmakers suggests that the buck really did stop with him in terms of formulating that policy.
These critical foreign policy decisions are not made by low or mid-level career officials they are typically made through a structured and well-reasoned process that includes the National Security Council at the White House, committee chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and subcommittee chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, wrote to Obama today.

Nope....Republicans fault...they cut the budget...Obama said so
I want to know about those “10,000 to 20,000” shoulder-launched missiles that disappeared from Benghazi.

Poor Issa....nailing Obama for egregious actions all the time, and the Republican leaders in the House & Senate probably wish Issa had a heart attack.
Boy. Is Issa the ONLY person in government with ANY stones whatsoever?
Issa knows that while the Benghazi coverup is not worse than the crime........the coverup is treason.
Senator Leaky Leahy should have shown you that democrats cannot commit treason, they are wrapped in commie immunity. The definitions of treason only apply to non-Democrtas. Issa knows it and proved it with his skillful exhoneration of Eric ‘chief criminal’ Holder.
Yeah...pass the antacid, please.
Its too late for an impeachment anyway. Issa should rather try the administration in the court of public opinion. The public doesn’t much care for getting innocent Americans killed.

God love Issa. I sure do!
I’m sorry Mr. Issa. You don’t have standing to question the President on this matter. You have to go through Jon Stewart.
This is the real reason for the coverup. The whole Democrat ideology has been rebuked in Benghazi. The very foundation of the Democrat party has been found to be based on stupidity. That has to be covered up. They’re not just covering up to protect the President or Hillary, they’re covering up to protect the whole Democrat party. Watergate was a whoopee cushion joke compared to this. They killed people and spent taxpayer money to advance their “We Are The World!” Democrat policies, and it fell apart.
I didn’t see CODE PINK on the National Security List. Cutting security to normalize relations with terrorists in a hot zone would be right out of their anti american playbook.

The dangers of Obama doctrine
Well, since Obama obviously doesn't attend security briefings, it's kind of unfair to pin any of the blame on him, isn't it? /sarc
