I think you may be right. If zero loses Ohio there will be cries of voter fraud and lawsuits. That’s why Romney needs to win it by a large margin. I’m upset that the polls keep showing O up by 1 here. However, most people I know aren’t even answering their phones for poll surveys. I know I’m not. I was polled 4 times in September and just stopped answering.

The down ballot in the Presidential is loaded with a whole lot of other choices that achieve the same thing (the Socialists, the Communist Party USA, or even Rosanne Barr/Cindy Sheehan (code Pink, kid you not).

I live in Fairfield an adjoining county to Franklin. I wish all we had to worry about are college kids. Columbus/Franklin has become a heavily populated and manipulated African-American community. Additionally, there is a sizeable lesbian/gay population which is very active for Obama. Kasich made his move against unions so you can forget the public employees vote as well. Columbus has become an extremely liberal area.
