All those H1Bs that congress brings in every year are primarily from India and dominate the IT industry. They only hire Indians. Incidentally, congress justifies the H1B visas on the grounds that there are not enough qualified Americans for the jobs - not true! The Indians come over here and work cheaper. It is like off shoring the jobs, only the Indians are here.
