What is a biotechnology advance? Is is it something paid for by Californian taxpayers like Prop 71?

My default position on the props is no. I have not seen anything here to change my mind. When you go in the store and see the prices of the “organic” food it gives you a shock. My guess is this prop will have the same effect
Substantially higher prices.
