Could it be anything to do with the birth of his grandchildren by surrogacy? Tagg and his wife use a surrogate mother twice since 2009. There's been questions as to whether the agreement was pro-choice for the mother, and one article claims Mitt signed the agreement as well. Would Here's an article about it:

What’s the “emergency”? Is someone about to die? No. So the judge should do what she would normally do - set a hearing for 60 days from now, or perhaps 90 because of Christmas. My cousin filed suit last week in a Boston court against someone who defrauded him out of $92,000. The first hearing date? June 2013. And this is FRAUD. There is no “emergency” here, and the judge should scold Allred for abusing the court system for political gain.
