Telling the truth just might be viewed that way.

It seems new revolting and incriminating revelations are coming with each passing day in response to what our President “told the American people” and with the help of a CNN boat anchor opened up a can of worms that is coming back to eat him raw and we the American people indeed are finding out it was an act of terror committed by terriost!

Both of you are right not to bite on this. We have decades of Hillary’s habit of lying, even under oath. If she has any documentation of her request to DOD or the White House it flies in the face of the testimony below. I haven’t read the direct hearing transcript, but someone surely asked the question of the origin of the denial for additional protection if it came from above the State Dept., which can only mean the White House.
Recall as well the copies of letters or e-mail from Patrick Kennendy (State dept head of DPS ?) Which specifically denied additional security as well as taking away the DC-3 aircraft that Stevens had.

Fingers as to who was responsible for the denied security requests increasingly pointed to Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Programs Charlene Lamb, who was the stateside officer in charge of fielding appeals for more resources.
Nordstrom’s requests were reportedly rejected by Lamb because she wanted to keep the U.S. security presence ?artificially low,? according to a memo released by committee Democrats ahead of the hearing.
Lamb testified, under a line of questioning from Issa, that the consulate had enough security resources given what officials detected as known threats to the U.S. facility.
Issa said Lamb’s comment “somehow doesn’t seem to ring true to the American people,” because there had already been an attack on the consulate earlier this year and U.S.’s radar should have been on high-alert given that it was the 11th anniversary of 9/11.

So were many others around the world that are in that 'loop'. The hardest thing of all for me to swallow is the fact that no one in the chain of command said, "Screw this. We're going in!"

For example, the ambush, time of Stevens last meeting, recorded time hacks of events in the compound, when people were observed photographing the area,..etc,...
If the Clintons has been looking for something to hold on Obama, I would think they would have more than ample evidence regarding his lack of natural born citizenship.
There were American forces all over that region - suited up and ready to go in... Someone had to stop that logical action from happening...

The Obama administration is STOPPING the FBI from going to Benghazi and doing an investigation. That's the FBI's job... they investigate - and they're being stopped. Just like the potential rescuers were stopped. By the time the FBI is allowed there, CNN will have walked off with anything interesting and our enemies will have planted a new story - or destroyed evidence of what happened - or both... or neither. We might never know.
It reminds me of the mess after Katrina - New Orleans was going under - - cops were unable to work 14 hour days... and ALL over the country, police departments were standing by - totally ready to go to New Orleans BUT they had to wait to be invited. They had to stay within the law. For example, Chicago's police force can't come down to Orlando and start arresting Disney tourists... they aren't allowed. Laws, procedures, chains of command... all the stuff that makes us civilized. Well, civilized if the people at the top are ethical and even mildly 'with it'....

I think the FBI story was just lip service to the voters. I haven't been able to figure the logic behind sending the FBI over there. What are they going to find out that Zero's Czars didn't already see near real time from the drone and from the compound closed circuit cameras?
