Especially all the talk, after the SEALs took out the pirates (killed 3 and captured the 4th), that they and the Captain of the USS Bainbridge had grossly exceeded their authority and violated their ROEs in doing so? But that since public support was so much in their favor that the Obama Administration couldn’t discipline them?

Agree. Also debunks any fear of it being shot down by our own arms if there was anything going on. I’d think this aircraft could fly at an altitude above
the effective range ( could be wrong on that).
