Police are on the verge of arresting up to a dozen household names accused of sex abuse but missed an incredible seven chances to trap paedophile Jimmy Savile while he was alive, it has been revealed.
Scotland Yard is to act 'within days' as it emerged the pervert DJ abused at least 300 people because he was allowed to rape and sexually assault victims unhindered for decades.
Savile is believed to have had accomplices and celebrities named by victims – some huge TV stars – will be quizzed over serious sex assault allegations as police warned: 'we will come for them'....

At worst, I see consentual sex with teenage girls and inappropriate behaviour.
But no evidence of rape or abuse.
The guy was virtually bragging about doing underage girls in his autobiography by telling a policewoman that he’d kept a runaway girl for the night as a ‘reward’.
And the number of accounts of him forcing himself onto children as young as 9 are legion, including acts of forcible rape as well as manipulating underage teenage girls into sex, which is also bad, especially when they are patients in a hospital or from a school for troubled youngsters.
If you want to be cynical about something, consider just how much stuff he must have had on people in high places who had covered his ass throughout the whole of his lifetime.
You couldn’t look at a picture of this guy and tell he was a perverted freak?? C’mon!

Sorry, but whilst I think he had consentual sex with teenage girls and was a bit inappropriate with others re groping, there is no credible evidence of rape or assault.
The stories of him roaming around hospitals attacking disabled patients and little kiddies are just frankly unbelievable. Some like the ‘taxi driver and 12 year old girl’ story have already been proven a lie.
Frankly, I think all the evidence thats come out is crap. People who see a chance to make money from the estate of a dead man. He did all this and kept it ALL hidden for 40-50 years?. Nah, sorry, not buying it.
All this and not one person ever went to the police?. Come on. And the allegations keep changing. One minute he is a paedo who only likes young girls, the next we have some middle aged man claiming he was a victim.
Sime of the evidence (har har) is drivel. Look at Colleen Nolan ‘evidence’. If she was a victim of assault, I am the King of Siam. And the lovechild of Hitler, ET and a Zanussi washing machine.
Honestly, I think most of the accusers are sad middle aged women who are after their 15 mins and some nice cash. If Sir Jimmy had died broke, do you think there would be these allegations?.
And the idea that there is some great paedo ring and conspiracy at the top of the UK establishment is ridiculous.
And I am sick of people talking about Savile and his ‘power’ like he was the head of MI6 or a Mafia Don.

There is a peado panic in the UK at the moment, and it is horrible. The UK is not a healthy place right now. It is a hysterical little island, fueled by the gutter press and people who should be STOPPING the hysteria.
We have victims being apologised to when we havent even proved they were victims!. Insane.
The hysteria and stories just get more and more ridiculous. The Sunday Mirror is now claiming Savile intimidated them with IRA threats. Yep, the poppy wearing, armed forces supporting, honorary Royal Marine Jimmy Savile.
And numbers are nothing. Remember when 30 British soldiers were accused of rape in Kenya, the allegations were proven to be a scam for money. So 100, 300 or 1000 people claiming they were victims means nothing, sorry.
Did you watch the ITV programme?. Dreadful. At one point calling a kiss ‘sexual assault’. The expert was the same media loving ‘expert’ who said Maddy McCann would the first of a spate of British kiddies taken from Portugal. Still(thankfully) waiting.
AND ARE YOU AWARE THAT TWO OF THE ‘VICTIMS’ ON THE ITV PROGRAMME ARE CONVICTED FRAUDSTERS AND DECEPTIONERS?.
One, his old producer, Wilfred D’Ath, has done two terms in the pokey for fraud and deception, and they used him as a credible witness?.
All the victims in the ITV programme admitted that they had a sexual relationship over years, consentual, and now they are trying to claim they were raped and coerced all those years.
All the ITV show proved that he liked young girls. slept with many consentually. A dirty old man. But not a paedo in the actual sense. Nor a rapist or sexual abuser.
Savile, if you cut through the hysteria, isnt actually any worse than Wyman, Townsend and plenty of rock stars. And Wyman and Townsend get a pass. Hell, old Pete gets to represent us at the Olympics.
Cool peados?. Fine.

Gary Glitter is 5’6” and there was nothing rugged about him, and yes, he always did look like a paedo.
As for Savile, you also have people who were not directly involved who have testified as to what he was like. In the 1960s and 70s, attitudes towards rape accusations were a lot different than they are today. Most wouldn’t have come forward, and those that did (and some did try to come forward) they were ignored because he was a massive TV star and a lot of the victims (inmates in a mental hospital, and pupils in a special school etc) where not going to be believed because of who they were.
Even his family have turned against him now, what does that tell you?

Glitter looked and look taller. And it is nonsense to say he always looked like a paedo. He looked faintly ludicrous with his glam rock get-up. If he looked anything, it was like a medallion man.

Some of Savile’s family have come out publicly, some are still remaining quiet until they see the allegations confirmed.
As I said, I can see sex with consenting young girls, inappropriate behaviour with young girls ie groping. But I am not convinced of the ‘evidence’ of rape or abuse. And I dont see any credible evidence of the sexual attacks in the hospitals etc. Frankly I find the evidence for much of that nonsense.
As to the other people, they are hardly heroic, as if he DID do it, they let him. And some of them, like D’Ath, are very questionable.
I’m not daft enough to believe that all paedophiles look like paedophiles, but come on, look at the videos of Jimmy Savile and Gary Glitter, they barely even bother to their leering, Jimmy Savile didn’t even hide it at all.
And as for the victims, maybe they weren’t heroic, not everyone is a hero. They were children and they were terrified, and most were probably too scared to come forward. My own mother was a victim of a paedophilic attack when she was a 14 year old in the 70s, and she did not report it to any adults, when I asked her why, she said that the attitude at the time was that if she told anyone what had happened, even if they had believed her, they would insinuate that she had led them on, and her reputation would have been mud, and my mother is not generally the type who is scared of taking people on, even when she was that age by all accounts.
This narrative evidence of Jimmy Savile’s crimes hasn’t just come from his alleged victims, but also from witnesses who were not directly involved, including ex-nurses and junior BBC staff etc. Face it mate, I know its hard to prove these things beyond all doubt, but the sheer weight of numbers and the corroborated evidence of many different witnesses means that balance of probabilities is firmly against Jimmy Savile.

You’re a defender of a sex criminal. I heard of him when the BBC’s great hero was revealed as a pervert. Knowing a little about the BBC, I wasn’t suprised.
The aspect that concerns me is that Saville, being safely dead, cannot defend himself from these allegations. Now I thought you were innocent until proven guilty. I thought you could only be convicted by a jury of your peers. I don't like seeing the press/media trying and convicting people by appealing directly to public opinion. That is not their function.
Once again, I'm not saying that Saville didn't do these things, and I'm not saying they aren't serious charges, but that only makes this media witchhunt all the more disturbing. You might think Saville is very guilty, and certainly the evidence seems overwhelming, but then again it would seem that - you're only being exposed to one side of the argument. If he were alive he could at least rebut the charges.
