Deb Fischer continues to hold a commanding lead in the race for U.S. Senate.

Our Tuesday through Thursday track showed Fischer ahead of Bob Kerrey by a 16-point margin (55% Fischer–39% Kerrey). She also has a solid edge among committed voters.

46% of likely voters say they are definitely voting for Fischer compared to 32% definitely voting for Kerrey.

Bob Kerrey is a piece of crap. He's so far down in the polls they are trying to dig up this land lawsuit Deb Fischer was involved in with her neighbor near the family ranch in Valentine as a defining issue. Memo to carpetbagger Bob-give it up, it's over. Take your POS campaign back to New York and pound sand.

Kerrey was a crap governor and a crap senator. He is trying to convince everyone that he is bipartisan and is not in the democrat party pocket and that he won’t vote to raise taxes, etc. This is despite the fact that everyone knows that the reason he is running is because of a secret deal he made with dirty harry reid. Nobody knows what the deal was but everyone knows there was a deal (payoff). He would actually be worse than the crap governor and current crap senator, bad hair Ben Nelson, the deciding vote on obamacare with his Cornhusker Kickback. The bet is that Ben won’t come back to NE to live when he leaves the senate; just like his buddy Bob. We can cheer for that prospect.

Every add from Kerrey is negative adds about the Fischer land deals. Bob has dropped all adds about the great work he will do with Harry Reid to solve our nations problems.

Kerrey claims two polls that show him close (behind 3 and 2.5 respectively) but the internals on both are screwy with under sampling R’s by seven and over sampling D’s by 2.

Only now am I noticing Kerrey people in my area. I saw some evidence of canvassing but it looks weak.

Kerrey has been pure mudslinging mode for about 4 weeks and it just looks crass and ugly.
