And their murderers, the terrorists, are "those folks."

I agree. The more I look into this the more I think this attack was run by a nation/state. My inclination is Q'UDS or Iranian Revolutionary Guards acting as proxies for the Russians. The attacks were too well coordinated for a Al-Quaeda rabble. I think we are in a full blown intelligence war that is at least as dangerous as the Cuban missile crisis.

I agree! What is with calling enemy combatants “folks”???? In my book, folks is a friendly term... “the folks back home, etc.” And while I’m at it, what about O’s use of the term “nation-building” in reference to the USA in the third debate??? Nation-building?! I thought that was done back in the 1700’s!!!!

Those should be the Folks that do jihad to US embassies (workplace violence). Not terrorists for a Kenyan. Folks who will be brought to justice by Eric the Red Holder.
