Port Alexander is much farther away from the epicenter than Ketchikan — don’t see how the tsunami ripple could not yet have arrived in K area.
I think it gets broken up by the all the islands.
I did not realize Ketchikan Airport is a ferry ride away from downtown — but not at all unusual to hop a ferry in SE Alaska.
