I would also look for someone very prominent coming out next week under whistleblower protections. Hopefully, the video is about to get leaked as well.

Fast & Furious proved there are no whistleblower protections from this regime. Just ask the BP agents who went for that to expose the whole program.

I don't think the majority of the press is covering for him now over ideology. They can see he is a freaking train wreck. They cover for him in exchange for access. They can't afford to be frozen out over the next couple of days and believe me, Obie would do it.

A Libyan doctor who treated Stevens said he died of severe asphyxiation, apparently from smoke. In a sign of the chaos of during the attack, Stevens was brought alone by Libyans to the Benghazi Medical Center with no other Americans, and no one at the facility knew who he was,

I read on another thread that this doesn't make sense...

If it was in fact Stevens phone it would be password protected....

In any case...what happened to the phone....?

Also if they didn't know who he was then his wallet was gone...

so his real phone was taken by his killers....

So I guess they also took his phone...so eventually the password gets cracked and all his contacts and phone numbers are compromised...

The killers then planted another phone with the number of the Embassy so they could find Stevens. ....

no one at the facility knew who he was,

......MORE LIES....

I read on yet another thread that Stevens cover in Libya was that he was arranging a cooperation between US and Libyan hospitals...

Stevens was in contact with all the main Libyan hospitals...

Stevens was an Arabist and spoke the language...

The same trucks that brought them, took the bodies. Old trick in asymmetrical warfare, pick up all your dead. It has a demoralizing effect on the enemy to see the results of a ferocious fire fight but find no dead enemies.

Considering 0 approval rate is plummeting, I think Bengahzi is having an impact despite the total Mass Media blackout. The alternative media, (Talk Radio-Social Media-Internet) plus Fox are getting the message out there.

Mr. Newt was way above the call of duty today. And he finished so strong I thought Georgy, the left wing commie bastard was going to cry, piss-ant coward that he is.

The abortion / rape issue that Mr. Newt finished with was - Obama and Democrats are in favor of killing the Unborn, they voted for late term abortion and for the murder of children that survive late term abortions.

He(Brennan) well could have made the call. He had/has a lot of authority on drone strikes it appears. The game may have been to let Brennan make the decision then zero makes the call and they throw various others under the bus, hard to tell yet.

this below is from your link:

Although he insists that all agencies have the opportunity to weigh in on decisions, making differing perspectives available to the Oval Office, Brennan wields enormous power in shaping decisions on “kill” lists and the allocation of armed drones, the war’s signature weapon. When operations are proposed in Yemen, Somalia or elsewhere, it is Brennan alone who takes the recommendations to Obama for a final sign-off.

Let me take a moment and agree with you.

He can do all the reaching he wants, indeed he SHOULD reach.

He should do it with political aplomb NOT for fear of bad press and cocktail party invites.

I think Romney quite capable of doing this and for the early criticism of Romney (and make no mistake I was NOT silent), I did tend to allow him space for working so well with what is such a very, very blue state.

The umbrage was that Romney enacted a state health care plan but a)his overwhelmingly blue state wanted such a thing witness the majority of their elected officals who back it and b)it was a state thing and by all in me, I’d allow a state health ins. mandate thing to be determined by the denizens. Not very smart on these matters but I’ve got an open mind to states setting the agenda, more input from citizens.

I trust a business owner to reach across aisles more than a community organizer and more than a McCain all busy pimping that stupid campaign finance reform bill that had us all awake nights for our concern.

It’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Going on 2 hours of a MSNBC Harris-Perry ‘live’ show, and haven’t heard one iota about Benghazi, but plenty of rebuttal of anything Republican, as expected from these Democrat hacks. Nothing intellectually honest from abortion to early voting, the guest are all Democrat hacks too.

There is only one thing important to the Dear Leader and that's the politics of any situation. Your post is logical and makes so much sense that you have to figure there had to be a huge political value in not doing what you said. That's all that makes any sense.

Speculation aside, have you seen one single story or report that even mentions terrorist casualties?

Reversing Roe V Wade is such a wonky argument althought it is a good one. The problem with it is that most people assume reversing Roe V Wade means ending abortion which is why it’s a loser for the GOP....even though it is actually the only way the abortion issue ever dies down.

Let’s review. Roe V Wade says that the right to an abortion is in the constitution. This is just not so!!! Reversing Roe V Wade would simply be staing the obvious.

Now, for the pro abortion crowd should Roe V Wade be reversed, the issue would simply be sent to the states in the same way the ‘death penalty’, ‘gay marriage’, and a host of other issues are sent to the states. In the end, the citezens of each state would vote on abortion much like they vote on the death penalty. My guess is a lot states would be pro choice with a few choosing to be pro-life. This process is normally referred to as ‘demoocracy.’

In this way, much of the ‘heat’ would be alleviated from the debate as the ‘people will have spoken.’ And, that’s the real problem with Roe V Wade...the people do not feel like they’ve had a chance to speak. This causes pent-up frustration and anger.

Now, once the people have spoken, the argument will next evolve into public funding for abortions. As a conservative with libertarian leanings I’m pro-choice but, do not think any public money should be used for abortions.

If Roe V Wade never pased, these issues would have been resolved by the end of the 1970’s but......we have activist courts who make law from the bench.

Rolling out the slutty first time voting commercial can't have helped either.

Lots of stupid coming out of the White Hut these days.

Maybe that is what desperation looks like...

Stevens being taken to the Hospital by the Libyans fits the story line about it being a kidnap attempt busted up by the CIA agents on scene. They had him and wanted to keep him alive.

Wow that’s big! Which general?

Gen. Carter Ham, was appointed to AFRICOM a few months ago, then suddenly, inexplicably released from command about 18 October 2012. He was replaced by Gen. David Rodriguez.
