Do you think that obam made the call or was played by those who really make all the calls,Axelrod,Jarrett and Michelle?
I realize that its the potus that is tasked with making the decisions. But, do you think he actually makes decisions in this administration or lets other do his job while he campaigns?
I found Panetta comments instructive, i.e., you don't send people into harm's way until you have all the facts and intel. No doubt this was the line that Panetta used when it was discussed with the national security team as the crisis was unfolding. It gave Plouffe et. al. an excuse not to take action. I am sure that Hillary probably mentioned the possible collateral damage done to innocent Libyans who lived near the annex and consulate compound and how that would damage our bilateral relations with Libya.
So no action was taken and the video and investigation became the delaying tactic until after the election. They didn't factor in the input of whistleblowers who leaked what actually happened. Now Obama is trying to blame DOD and the CIA for the failure to act since he allegedly said that he ordered them to take all actions necessary to protect our people under fire in Benghazi. This is a lie.
I wish that Petraeus or General Ham would have the integrity and honor to blow this story out of the water before the election. Or perhaps some of the whistleblowers on the ground who leaked the details. It would doom Obama's chances entirely of being reelected.

I’m sure this sniveling little coward didn’t order a Stand Down. He does not have the guts. He just did not respond at all. Obama just voted Present one more time. When the DOD asked for a response, there was just dead air - a non-response.
