NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Madonna drew boos and triggered a walkout by several concertgoers after she touted President Barack Obama on her "MDNA Tour" in New Orleans.
The Material Girl asked during Saturday night's performance: "Who's registered to vote?" She added: "I don't care who you vote for as long as you vote for Obama." Drawing boos in touting Obama over Republican Mitt Romney, Madonna followed: "Seriously, I don't care who you vote for ... Do not take this privilege for granted. Go vote."

What is it with all these stupid musicians at concerts. Have they not learned yet that individuals puchase their tickets for a musical interlude not a political rally. There is just something immoral about that type of deception. Being tricked into paying for some freak to critize your personal preferences on how you vote.
I love Madonna (not the politics) but audiences are funny. Dallas was extremely respectful when she showed her back billboarded with Obama earlier this week. Maybe it is only the Texas suburbs and rural areas that are uber conservative ? lol.
I’m surprised that New Orleans booed her.....they voted for Nagin. lol
I never like Madonna’s music from day one and I wouldn’t waste any my money on her music or acting.

Look at the maps of La. and you’ll see the suburbs of New Orleans are crimson red.

There are plenty of liberal elitists in Dallas. Combine them with the welfare class and Dallas County is pretty blue in a sea of red surrounding counties. Dallas County has a mexican lesbian for sheriff, so go figure.
