I heard Rush. I like Rush, but I have a lot more time in the military than Rush does. What I don’t have is experience with the current equipment, whatever it is, used in Libya.

I’m not saying there were no aircraft that could do anything. I am saying that based on my experience flying with targeting pods and working on future targeting pods, and my time with a TACP in the 90s and my time working with the ALO in Afghanistan in 2007, lazing by itself is not conclusive proof.

On the totality of evidence, I’d say it is very likely that either assets were in place, or expected shortly.
