I highly doubt it.
The guys that put up cranes like that know what they are doing and are the experts.
Most likely will detach the busted section and let a heavy lift helicopter fly it off.
Was fully expecting that NBC chicky in a canoe...paddling her way around Jim Cramer and the Squawk Box gang.

Go back and read what I wrote starting with my FIRST post where I plainly said there was a real storm. I believe I said it was a BAD STORM.
I also said it was NO LONGER a hurricane which it wasn’t when I wrote the post. The US Weather Service agreed with me then.
What I also said and YOU copied it and then ignored it was that THE WEATHER CHANNEL said Wisconsin would be hit so hard that electricity would be out in large areas. THAT comment from The Weather Channel was over the top and it still is.
Yes, here in Wisconsin we always eventually feel “something” from hurricanes...even those from the gulf in warm weather. Sometimes it is windy. Sometimes the temps rise. Sometimes we get some rain. And so it will be along the same lines with this storm perhaps. Weather reports even from the government are often wrong.
However, ALL I SAID PRIOR TO NOW IS:
WHATEVER COMES TO WI FROM THIS STORM WILL NOT BE AS BAD AS THE WEATHER CHANNEL WAS PREDICTING IT WOULD BE YESTERDAY MORNING.
Sadly shouting seems necessary since you like to take my words and make them into thing I NEVER said so you can make disparaging remarks about my supposed lack of intelligence and otherwise make snide and belittling remarks about me. That reflects on YOU, not me. This conversation between you and me is OVER.

BTW, no wind to speak of right now in Milwaukee and still no rain. It’s in the high 30’s and expected to reach the 40’s later today. In fact, the sun is breaking up the cloud cover and it is so pleasant outside that I’m going out to clean up the garden for the last time in a little while.
More importantly: The electricity is up and running fine all over WI. We have not been cast into the cold and dark as The Weather Channel predicted we would be from Hurricane Sandy.
Yes, The Weather Channel was wrong...and so are you. Deal with it.
I thought you said we were done? Proof there how good your word is.
