Yup. You lose a goo percentage of your audience when you come out.
1) Because most people do not tolerate such behavior.
2) It's usually a political statement (from the left - ie DEMOCRAT)which destroys your credibility with more than 50% of America.
3) Or both
Don’t understand all the Anderson Cooper hate. At least he’s been on the Benghazi story. He seems pretty fair and balanced, although I don’t watch his shows.

The problem is that Anderson Cooper ended up doing an “Oprah”, and dumped on half the audience that he might have had going for him. When those folks refused to watch...your potential for numbers go drastically down. I’m sure he didn’t care for his nightly CNN news position....but for afternoon TV...it’s a big negative.
On a separate note, if you notice the ratings for evening news...Anderson is doing fairly negative and I suspect that CNN will drop him sometime in 2013. He’ll do some pieces for 60 Minutes, and probably drift off to the MSNBC folks at some point (the AAA-level of newscasters).

Anyone with his morality—is depraved-—as he revealed when his gutter mind referred to the Tea Party with his vulgar reference for a depraved, dehumanizing act (all homosexual acts) that he was probably performing nightly-—and giggling about it on National TV—inside joke, ha ha.
It is amazing when you don’t judge evil to be -well—evil. Sodomy is evil and one who embraces it and revels in it—is just evil. A warped mind—warps everything. I wouldn’t listen to any of his “opinions”.
