More than 90 percent of northern Europeans would vote for President Barack Obama if they were able to cast ballots in the United Sates' election next week because they see Mitt Romney as too right wing, British pollster YouGov said on Wednesday.
While U.S. polls show Obama and Romney are heading for a photo finish, European voters in seven northern European countries expressed overwhelming support for the Hawaiian-born 51-year-old White House incumbent.
In a Europe grappling with economic crisis and welfare systems that bond investors say are unsustainable, the rhetoric of the U.S. presidential race simply does not press the same buttons.
"Accusations of socialism (against Obama) don't exactly resonate somewhere like Denmark," Twyman said.

Yougov does internet polling which it then tweaks in order to put it in line with other polls, plus or minus some fudge factor. Since few other companies have polled Europeans for their reactions with respect to Romney and Obama, and there is no way to tell at the polls, these numbers are essentially pulled out of the air.
Why did the headline leave out the word ‘northern’? ah yes, Reuters.
Its important to note that our media is downright blindly impartial compared to the euromedia.

People always resent those who give them free crap... and we have given Europe “protection” for the last 60 years so they could use their own money instead for socialism.
We were too damn nice after WWII and the cold war. We should have let Russia march over them in 10 years and then kicked Russia back in the mid 50’s and then said “Hey dumb ass Europeans, you learn anything yet?”

Europe has been one of the world’s major sources of Socialism, Fascism and Communism. My grandpa got to kick their asses in WWI, my dad got to do it in WWII, and I never got to do it. I want my shot! We’ve kicked their asses before and I’ll enjoy doing it again.

Your economies are largely in shambles. The Eurozone has become a pathetic joke. Socialism has bankrupted you, and only NOMINALLY “worked” in racially-homogeneous countries like the Nordics.

1) Would have surrendered to the Soviets in a heartbeat had the US not had military there.
2) Let the Religion of Peace overrun Europe in the name of diversity.
Let them nominate Barack Obama as their new president when he goes. They will get what they wanted. But the USA will eventually have to save their collectivist hineys.
It seems strange that Europeans should be polled asking who they would vote for in OUR election. I don’t think it’s common for us to be polled asking who we would for in French, German, or British elections. (Uh...Maybe because it would be irrelevant and no one should care?)
And that’s why their civilization will cease to exist in twenty years or so.
To the headline: who the hell cares?
