They all knew exactly what was going on. Schultz had as special file on Sandusky that his assitants were told not to look at. Grand jury has it. Damning.

Spanier was charged with perjury, obstruction, endangering the welfare of children, failure to properly report suspected abuse and conspiracy. Curley and Schultz face new charges of endangering the welfare of children, obstruction and conspiracy.
I’m wondering when the abusers of the boys will surface. It’s not just enablers and cover up people, there were more who abused these boys.
What I’d like to know is why Øbama “took care of” Spanier by landing him a cushy federal job.
Why is the POTUS aiding and abetting those who aid and abet child molestors?

Next up should be those who serve on Penn State's Board of Trustees. Which of them knew what when??? Which actually emulated Sandusky's behavior and which merely enabled that behavior? Investigate. Indict whomever is criminally culpable. Prosecute. Punish.
Next give the same sort of attention to Sandusky's Second Mile Foundation seeking to "help" fatherless boys. Same questions, same responses.
Next, Penn State is a government school. Investigate connections to politicians of whatever party and whether they connected to the scandalous behavior or its coverup. Same questions, same responses.

This is excellent news. It very much appears this guy was an active enabler with a weird sexual agenda.
Spanier is a leftist pervert; I can’t remember specifically his thesis or whatever it’s called, but it was about “swinging” or some other sexually perverted topic. Since he was president there, he pushed fagdom nonstop.
