Obama: I'm Bill Clinton, he's George W.
By DONOVAN SLACK | 11/1/12 10:52 PM EDT
President Obama didn't mention George W. Bush by name, but he didn't have to.
At a campaign rally in Boulder, Colo., on Thursday, he sought to meld GOP challenger Mitt Romney with the former president. And himself with the more popular former president Bill Clinton.
Obama outlined his owns beliefs about shared sacrifice, a strong middle class, affordable health care and a dignified retirement, then added, "For eight years we actually had a president who shared those beliefs and his name was Bill Clinton."

Funny considering the last Democratic President to win FL on his way to a second term was... Bill Clinton.
Somewhere Bubba is laughing his ass off!
And, like many others who never mature out of adolescence, Obama is not sure who he is except by comparison with others.
If he has to compare himself to Clinton, he’s an even smaller man than many of us thought.

Going under for the third time...........
Can you say desperation?????
You really can’t blame obama for comparing himself to more accomplised Presidents. What I mean by more accomplished Presidents. I mean, any of the previous Presidents. However, since he first was inagurated the media and himself has constantly compared himself to seemingly half of them. I remember him being compared to Presidents Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, Kennedy, Reagan and even George H.W. Bush. Heck, I even remember some discussion of putting him on MT. Rushmore. I am not entirely sure if obama’s ego and racism towards the other 4 White Presidents would allow him to be on the same mountain anyways.
Not something to brag about.
Yep, Bubba’s a real sob, but he manages to get the screws and the last laugh at his enemies.
Obama is Clinton??? Not in the most important area of governing - working with the other side. At least Clinton knew how to read a poll and realize when an idea on the right was something he should work towards. Clinton had a Republican congress and when budget and deficit cutting measures were put forth that he couldn’t ignore any longer, he went along with Gingrich and signed them into law. He took away credit for those things (balancing the budget, welfare to work, cutting entitlement spending), but at least some of the Republican’s business got through.
Reagan did the same with Tip O’Neil. He worked with a Democrat congress and got his agenda through in spite of opposition.
Obama has created nothing but a wall between himself and congress - and by extension - Republicans. He rammed through unpopular legislation without engaging Republicans, and what he couldn’t get through, he mandated by Executive Order.
It amazes me that this hasn’t been noticed or reported on by the press, especially media on the right. If Obama wins, we expect more of the same but multiplied.
Running against Bush worked for him in ‘08.
Since he has no ideas and no record of his own to run on (only to run away from), he’s going to try the ‘08 strategy again. How pathetic. How truly pathetic.
