Obama: I'm Bill Clinton, he's George W.
By DONOVAN SLACK | 11/1/12 10:52 PM EDT
President Obama didn't mention George W. Bush by name, but he didn't have to.
At a campaign rally in Boulder, Colo., on Thursday, he sought to meld GOP challenger Mitt Romney with the former president. And himself with the more popular former president Bill Clinton.
Obama outlined his owns beliefs about shared sacrifice, a strong middle class, affordable health care and a dignified retirement, then added, "For eight years we actually had a president who shared those beliefs and his name was Bill Clinton."

Yup. The parting shot of a campaign on the skids:
“Vote for me - I’m Bill Clinton.”
Does that sound like the bearing of a winner? Stick a fork in O - he’s done!
So he wants to be impeached to?
Obama is running so far away from Obama he’s pretending he’s someone else.
Wasn’t George W. Bush actually Bill Clinton’s successor? They both are 2-term Presidents, so, reelection is not an issue. Is that what 0bama wants, replaced by Mitt Romney?
He's spending time campaigning in Boulder, Colorado - the San Francisco of my state.
O is reduced to appealing to his base for votes. Like I said, look at where the candidates are campaigning and how they are scheduling their last days. That's far more revealing than any poll.
And if O needs to lock down the base in a liberal, Democratic Colorado city four days prior to the election, its over! He's not going to win here! And you can take that to the bank.
Same reason why he is in Broward County in Florida which Obama won with 67% in 08......if you need to campaign in your base centres like this before the election, you are done. Very telling he’s not in the I-4 corridor.
Live in Colorado, Mesa County, on the western slope. Two counties in this state are reliable Republican ... mine (Mesa County) and El Paso County which includes most of Colorado Springs. Large military presence with the AF Academy, Fort Carson and Peterson Field combined with a large retired military community keep it safely in the pubbie column.
Boulder, on the other hand is ultra liberal ... you're right, if 'bronco bambi' feels (at this late date) he has to nail down Boulder with a visit their internal polls must be bleak as hell.
Yup.
A winning candidate would be looking for new voters and want to meet them - to expand his winning coalition.
I’m amazed at Concern Troll Freepers who lash out at Romney for going to PA and WI. He’s trying to get as many new votes as possible in places that haven’t voted for a Republican presidential candidate for a generation.
That’s why Romney is on track to win Tuesday. Looks like Silver is going to be paying off on that bet to Joe Scarborough. And a lot of Intrade investors will be holding worthless stock come Wednesday.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Well, in a sense, Obama is correct. Bill Clinton was a consummate woman chaser and Obama is a consummate man chaser. Bill Clinton had a crooked “d_ck and Obama had a crooked Administration. Bill Clintoon had an ugly wife and....well you know how the rest goes.
Thats where i’ll be looking on Tuesday night, the margins in counties like Broward in Florida and Boulder, Colorado, if Obama really drops in those counties, he is well and truly stuffed.
this sorry asshole......Clinton NEVER ran against George W, he ran against his FATHER....what an ignorant POS
That was so four years ago!
Well Bill Clinton was the first black President- now the first .5 black _resident is looking for anything to get in back in the house
“I'm Dickens, He's Fenster.”
GMTA, but you have faster fingers. (In my defense, I was looking for a decent link though...)
I am the I-4 corridor. Barry knows better than to come around here!
