I’m not sure Steyn was seriously saying that Article 2, Section 1 is a technicality in the sense of it being irrelevant. I think what he was saying is that if 0bama were thrown out of office solely on the basis of that, that we would never hear the end of it from the left. They would howl over the “technicality” and focus on that instead of the utterly miserable job 0bama has done, the utterly failed policies he has foisted on us, his utterly contemptible worldview.

I am a birther. I am willing to admit it (in public, not just here) and take the derision thrown at me by the ignorant. But I tend to agree with Steyn that it is not the best avenue for removing 0bama from office. At this point, the Tuesday election is the best way.

If I had my way, we’d vote him out on Tuesday, then after Romney is sworn in, we would investigate 0bama’s origins and record, and jail him for treason. Equally important, I’d like to see all his enablers go to jail. Anyone who lied for him or knew of his ineligibility (like Pelosi, Biden, Reid, Holder, ...) should be in prison for a very long time, preferably the rest of their lives.

So, I’m not soft on the natural born issue, I just think going after him on other issues is preferable at this time.

He should have been vetted when he started his campaign (in ‘05?). But sadly that didn’t happen. This should be a lesson for America. I’m hoping we learn from our mistakes. 0bama was about the worst mistake I can imagine us making, in so many ways.

Amen!

We have laws now that would put Obama behind bars for a long time however, we have become a nation of Social Justice NOT Justice. Like our Rules of Engagement for our military, law enforcement, we don't use live fire or law where it is truly needed.

I'm a moderate birth-er myself. I'd like him so busted down on Benghazi, along with his complicit minions and then for desert, let's fully vet him on birtherism.

Some folks - family of his in Kenya said they saw him being born there. They were hushed up.

And, I've always wondered this: when Stanley Anne went to airport, was she denied passage because she was so pregnant she was ready to pop and what airline wants that hanging over their heads.

Suppose she gave birth to little Barack on the plane and there was difficulties that attendants on the plane could not handle.

I'm wondering it the airline did a pro/con evaluation and decided they didn't want to risk liability. Where is that flight's manifest. Probably long gone.

Just sayin...

Mark Steyn “seriously” refused to cover Obama’s ineligibility.

Geeze! And, now Steyn is shocked by Obama’s response to Benghazi? There is a reason the Founding Father demanded that the President be a natural born citizen.

I was listening to Steyn when he referred to natural born citizen as being a “technicality”. His **ENTIRE** point was it should not be pursued because of political reasons and for public relations reasons. Truth, justice, the American was of rule of law, or fairness had absolutely nothing to do with Steyn’s comment.

Steyn and the rest, because they could not stand to be laughed at by the mainstream media, chose to ignore the Constitution, the American people, and those Americans serving overseas because they were more worried about their careers than in doing what is right. They essentially **stood down**!

Shame!!

Steyn and the rest bark like mean ole junkyard dogs but are nothing more than perfumed poodles who “stood down” when they needed to “stand up” and do a man's job.
