I'm closer than that to a population center, but I'm single and live alone, so I don't have anyone to worry about besides me.

The kids are grown and gone. All my grandkids have at least met me. I like to hunt and 'dance', and maybe some folks in the area might need someone to watch over them if things get ugly. I do like to help my neighbors.

The gas dividing line has moved south to Ramsey NJ, on Rte 17, all supply coming out of the Newburgh terminal. Not sure about areas closer to the Hudson between Newburgh and NJ border, closer the the TappenZee Bridge.
