Time for the House (Boehner) to grow some balls, tighten the purse strings and defund Obamacare’s implementation. The House controls the money. They should immediately defund the EPA, defund HHS, defund the Interior Dept, etc etc. They have the power and votes to do it. Let the whole mess collapse.
Mr. Boehner’s picture could be in the dictionary under” “cowardice”. His Speakership has meant nothing thus far and will continue to be a nothing-burger. But in Mr. Boehner’s shoes, who is there realistically to follow him in the trenches. Nary one, two or three at the most.

That's what I was expecting two years ago. Boy, was I wrong. My Congressman was given a GOP leadership position. At that moment, he forever ceased being a conservative who would represent the people of his district. Now, he operates exclusively in total fear of the Democrats.
Vote against raising the debt ceiling $2.5 trillion? Can't do that. The Democrats may make him look bad. Defund Obamacare? Can't do that. The Democrats will call him heartless. Refuse to vote for a continuing resolution of the 2009 budget? Can't do that. The Democrats will accuse him of shutting down the government.
Republicans have turned into a bunch of collaborating cowards. Given the opportunity, they will compromise with evil every time.
