I believe it is only in the old Testament that “G-d cursed/curses” is used directly, and that conforms with the new testament scriptual choices you gave.

You make a false distinction between old/new testament. God has not changed. Jesus came not to destroy the law and the prophets, but to fulfill.

The curse of Genesis 12:3 is still in effect. All the true children of Abraham (Gal 3:7ff) have this promise. The only way to avoid God’s curse is to continue in ALL the works of the law. Only the man of faith can do this, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. (Gal 3:12,13).

Every unsaved person at this very moment is under God’s curse.
