TRR: Florida Vote Twist: More Ballots Than Voters ("Open your books!")
Washington Times ^ | November 10, 2012, 03:02PM | James S. Robbins

Republican Congressman Allen West’s campaign is ready to “go to war” to get a recount in the Florida 18th Congressional District race. The latest twist to emerge from the ongoing vote count – in some precincts there are more ballots than voters.

Preliminary, unofficial vote totals were filed today in the neck and neck race between Mr. West and Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy. The Murphy campaign has already declared victory, but the numbers have not been officially certified and the count goes on. The West campaign believes that they are close to the .5% vote margin that will trigger an automatic recount under Florida election law.

The vote count has been marked by controversy. Poll watchers accuse local election officials of incompetence, intimidation and possible fraud. The latest twist is that in some precincts of St. Lucie County there appear to be dozens more ballots being counted than the number of voters. The West campaign is demanding St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections Gertrude Walker release the voter poll books that show how many voters actually showed up on Election Day to validate the count. “What we are saying is, open your books!” a source close to the West campaign told The Washington Times.

Did you read the update? Recount Sunday of early voter ballots.

“UPDATE: An hour after this report was posted the St. Lucie County Canvassing Board agreed to an entire early-voting recount starting Sunday at 7 a.m. Most of the election-day problems with the vote count were among the early votes, including possible duplicate vote counts or over-counting.

this election completed the coup that began in 2008. Shortly, actual Christians , not the self annointed who voted for obama and Conservatives are going to experience how the Jews felt in the 1930s Germany.

ST Lucie is right next to Martin county.

No way the percentages changed that much from side by side counties....

Even Palm Beach which is far mor eliberal had it at 50/50

Democrats, especiallu Obama Democrats, lack a moral compass, so they will do literally ANYTHING to stay in power.

Which is why West needs to watch his back. If he doesn't back down, he's looking at an *accident* of some kind.

It worked for the Clintons and Vince Foster and others.

If you notice on election night....in most states the large republican districts had reported up to 99% of their counts. It was all the large democratic districts that still had votes yet to be tallied.

Years ago when Johnson ran for the senate in Texas...he had a similar tactic. The largely democratic districts held out reporting until they knew what the republican vote was...waiting to see how many votes they needed to add to the box.

I don't know the make up of this district regarding if it encompasses all or parts of the county. But here is the voter registration stats from Sept. 2012 for each. However I suspect only a portion of Palm Beach County was included due to their registration totals. I suspect these numbers impact the results we've seen.

Florida County Registration Stats

County Republican Democrat Minor None Total

MARTIN 51,427 26,783 5,484 17,349 101,043
PALM BEACH 247,249 383,241 31,927 199,340 861,757
ST. LUCIE 55,808 74,636 6,441 37,021 173,906

The voter fraud seems to be nationwide in key precincts—and where lower down the ballot targets resided, ie, Allan West. The rest of Romney’s warchest should be used to launch a massive privately funded investigation to comp;ement Republican Attorneys General. CAN’T TRUST HOLDER.

Most of the election-day problems with the vote count were among the early votes,

I've said it once and I'll say it again, EARLY VOTING SUCKS! because there's just too much opportunity for Democrat cheating. If West can verify there are more votes than people registered in ANY precinct, it should trigger a new election, because you can't prove which votes are real and which votes are fakes.

...EARLY VOTING SUCKS...!

I've made no secret of who I voted for. I'd accept a barcode added to my ballot home with me to confirm that my vote appears in the "official" Internet tally.
