WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Republican U.S. Rep. Allen West is refusing to concede, even though the state of Florida says he lost his re-election bid by 2,442 votes.
The state reported its complete but unofficial tally on Saturday in the 18th District race. There are still a handful of overseas and military ballots outstanding, but under Florida law, recounts are based on Saturday’s results.

I know. It’s not that the poster was wrong, someone else had already told me that, I just didn’t like the attitude from someone who signed up today.
Interesting you mention this, and I’m not sure whether FL has the same two-ballot count that CA does. We had two pages of papers ballots - the big legal-sized ones where you full in the bubble with a purple felt tip.
I always watch the voter number on the machine before and after I insert my ballot... usually it’s a single page, no big deal.
Before I inserted page 1, the counter read 133. After I inserted page 1, it remained 133 until I inserted page 2 - THEN it turned over to 134.
Just my experience. Any in FL know?
Short story - this stinks. Col. West is an honorable man and best of all, an honorable fighter for what we base our lives on.
And it’s plain this went on everywhere... I penciled out the numbers - with the delta b/w Bronco’s votes and Romney votes of 3.26 million, that’s about a 2.5% difference between the two. Numbers wise, that’s 65K votes per state, nonweighted. Do the math by district and precinct... it doesn’t take much to swing it.
That is the second time in a little over a week that someone signed up to make one post to me and take issue with what I was saying. I must be over the target. LOL
We have got to get this figured out in Wisconsin before 2014 or else they will use it to beat our Governor Walker and Congressman Ryan.
(That doesn’t figure in any more recall attempts against Wisconsin Legislators)...

Obviously if they rigged it, they’d make sure the margin was above 0.5%.
Maybe they think a recount would be futile, because John Roberts has sold out to (or been blackmailed by) the Obamanation.

I know... the local HS is nearby (which I like, it’s a good working class neighborhood with sidewalks and activity) — but sometimes we see the girls leaving and it’s just disgusting. How their parents could let them out of the house that way.
As far as coming down here, I would love to meet you someday. We do have a very cool group, albeit small (probably around 10 - 12 of us, including some of the daughters the dads bring). You would fit right in. I’m sure I can help pay for your gas, if others things like health and time work out some day!

Maybe Romney conceded because he was fed up with all the crap he has had to take from these two bit political gangsters. Or, maybe he has realized, like I have, that my salvation does not consist of what’s in this world but only in God’s salvation, who is Jesus Christ.
It does seem like the pathetic leadership in the GOP/house target this man because either they feared him or just didn’t like his color. I can’t believe I wrote that second part, but I am starting to wonder.
I really am sick of Boehner and the mushy Republicans.
