How about they add a search of NY Fed gold bar vault to the suit as well?

At least nobody will be calling this a penny-ante lawsuit.

I’ll remain skeptical until I see if there is still an honest judge left.

We know how this ends, case dismissed due to plaintiffs lack of standing. Happens with every law suit against obama.

Google: “Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML”

It’s a virtual who’s who of conspiracy freaks and nutcases.

So what. We’ll just waste more taxpayer or Federal Digital Dollars on nothing. There is not a court in the land not owned by the Democratic Party. To think this case, or Benghazi, or any of the gun running stuff will ever harm the Dems is sheer folly. Nothing is going to change. No court cases, no elections, no useless complaining to our keyboards or writing letters to our so called “leaders” will do one bit of good.

The USA that we (elders) remember is simply finished and isn’t coming back. At least not for several generations. There is only one way out of our situation and we don’t have what it takes as a society to do it. All you can do is make you and your loved ones as comfortable as you possibly can and hope like hell you can stay below their radar.

So is this including the $16 trillion (also with a "T") the fed gave to many of the same banks.

GAO report on partial audit of the fed

If they win, will the judge award court costs as well? If yes, that would certainly put some series extra sting in it..

Saw this posted Friday on the MarketWatch site. Honestly, don't think this is going anywhere.

Hope I'm wrong, but I'm guessing like everything else Obama-Scandal laden, will get glossed over by the liberal lamestream media and should it ever see the light of day, the person(s) who report on it will likely be destroyed.

Looks like this is all a scam by some half-ass lawyer that was disbarred for stealing from people in foreclusure. Google his name and you will see.

A lawsuit seeking the return of $43 trillion (with a “t”) and an audit of all the TARP programs by an independent receiver

The Treasury lent less than $300 billion to the banks thru TARP.
