From your keyboard to God’s ears. At this point, what are his options? Does he trade his silence for a failure to prosecute under the UCMJ? Or or the “safety” of his children? Does he have more to lose than what remains of his honor? What happens to the morale of everyone who serves in the armed forces (never mind the CIA) if he caves? Wouldn’t he rather be a hero to those he’s led than those whose favor he sought in D. C.?
The more sordid this whole thing becomes, the more I wonder what is behind John Roberts’ unbelievable decision on obamacare. There seems to be a parallel.
