There doesn’t have to be any charges, Broadwell is through. Unless things change drastically, her military career is done. It appears that the universities are afraid of her.

Mesta, you have my sympathy. Picking through garbage is no fun whatsoever. Well the media machine, drive-bys, or lamestream is still at it. Blame the General. Pretty soon they will saying it's the Military’s fault. Think the purge has slowed a bit. The zer0 administration may try to go after a few more in the Military. Can see the meat of hillary, panetta, and zer0, from here, and know who the real guilty are. Major cover-up underway. Major orca circling, perhaps. Been too afraid to get in the water. Bad thing about all this is being on the shoreline or two miles back is dangerous. How does Jack Bouer do it? May have to call in 007 for backup.

She is a West Point grad, LTC in the Reserves in military intelligence. I would be surprised if she didn’t have a TS clearance.
I’d suggest there are plenty of ways she could have obtained material outside of Petraeus, your commentary notwithstanding.
