It would be curious to see how rulings by these Obamafreak judges fare at the appellate level versus those of more normal judges.
This one looks like it follows the Peter Principle in two ways. Kicked up to level of incompetence, and based on what he does with his, um, peter.
If he really wants to mirror larger America, why not some judges who have murdered, robbed banks, raped, etc.? Why shouldn’t they join in the fun?

Black or white, someone who is confused or in denial about the physio-biology of their own body demonstrates a lack of of logical reasoning and ineligible to judge anything.
