National Papa John's Appreciation Day (Friday, 11/16/2012 -11:00am until 11:00pm in PST)

Share with ten like-minded people:

Papa Johns has been targeted by the left for a boycott, for simply articulating that ObamaCare would hurt profits and force cutbacks in employee hours. Stand up to this nonsensical and illogical action and support Papa Johns this Friday!

The CEO of Papa John's, John H. Schnatter, has said that he will have to cut employee hours because of Obamacare. Schattner has received intense media scrutiny in addition to being demonized as an evil rich guy by the Left. Obamacare is a fiscal nightmare and because of it, many small businesses aren't hiring now. Some are even closing their doors. Obamacare is now, as John Boehner said, "the law of the land."

In solidarity with John H. Schnatter, we propose that November, 16th, 2012 be National Papa John's Appreciation Day. The Left thinks we are discouraged; they think they have won. Let's send a clear message this Friday, like we did on Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day, that we are here to stay and that we won't stop fighting. There are over 2,600 Papa John's stores in the United States. Let's flood all of them like we flooded Chick-Fil-A. How the event works:

1. "Like" Papa John's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/papajohns

2. Change your Facebook avatar to the Papa Johns logo on Friday.

3. Go into your local Papa John's this Friday, November 16th, and order a pizza. This will only be effective if you go into the store itself. Take a picture of your visit and your pizza, share it on your Facebook wall and/or tweet it with the hashtag #IStandWithPapaJohns

4. If you live further than a half hour from Papa Johns. Participate on twitter with the hashtag #IStandWithPapaJohns

Also: We would like to suggest that anyone participating in this event also purchase an additional pie to share with someone that is struggling right now. Perhaps a neighbor who lost a job, a food shelter, church group, afterschool program for kids in need.... There are many options, but please consider buying a pie to share!

Let's send a clear message this Friday. Thank you, everyone.

I ordered a double bacon pizza with extra cheese and cinnamon-apple dessert pie.

Breakfast is leftovers!

Eat it fresh, not after an hour sitting on the counter in the greasy box. That’s the secret to eating most decent pizza and I’m sure it’s decent enough.

This thing is going (went) viral!

There should be an encore, for those who didn’t catch it the first time around. It will be even more awesome.

Yeah, I think the folks manning the order registers, unless they are experienced, want to ask you the questions rather than being told what you want. That way they can hit the items and modifiers in the right order. “I want double cheese on a thin crust” won’t fly because the machine wants “thin crust” “cheese” “double”. McDonald’s registers are like that. If I say “for here” before telling them what food I want, I get asked about that a second time as if they had not even heard.

I was lukewarm about this buycott, but then read this on Wiki, I'm definitely buying some.

Papa Johns has also donated over $4 million dollars to anti-gay rights groups like Family Research Council, Exodus International, and various local anti-LGBT rights groups

We’re buy-cotting Papa John’s? Got it

Their pizza is decent for what it is.

I’d like to see all small businesses shut down on inauguration day.

In protest of MARXISM.

You need to move over to D.U. or Moveon.org.

Like a good little liberal.

Why do many conservatives have to be so knee jerk? Remember, everyone rushed to Chik-fil-A, and it came out a month later, that Chick-fil-A had basically stopped supporting traditional marriage in 2010?
