Who are you kidding??? If these are renters, they won't show up, nor will others living there who are not on the lease.

Now you know that Every voter who recently registered lives in an apartment?

If he was serious he would do the free search first and check-off the addresses that dont exist as well as the ones that exist under the voters name being the owner, then investigate the rest.

Do you know how long it takes to close on a house??? Most people rent before buying after moving to an area.

And for most people buying and moving into a house around election time, registering to vote is the last thing on their minds.
