Homeland Security graduates first Corps of Obama’s Brown Shirts – Homeland Youth

It Makes Sense Blog October 7, 2012. Vicksburg. The federal government calls them FEMA Corps. But they conjure up memories of the Hitler Youth of 1930’s Germany. Regardless of their name, the Dept of Homeland Security has just graduated its first class of 231 Homeland Youth. Kids, aged 18-24 and recruited from the President’s AmeriCorp volunteers, they represent the first wave of DHS’s youth corps, designed specifically to create a full time, paid, standing army of FEMA Youth across the country. On September 13, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security graduated its first class of FEMA Corps first-responders. While the idea of having a volunteer force of tens of thousands of volunteers scattered across the country to aid in times of natural disasters sounds great, the details and timing of this new government army is somewhat curious, if not disturbing.

Am I a racist for asking what is the racial makeup of this class of 231 graduates?

By the way does it really make sense to pay full time people to sit around and wait for a disaster?

What is the pay scale?

How many people will eventually be paid for sitting around waiting for this disaster.

Why won’t they be incorporated into Rescue Squads and Fire Departments , and Nurses aides, so they can actually do some good instead of sitting around.

I read they were in line for handouts from Occupy Sandy. An army of takers; how fitting.

Absurd to fund this. There are already groups of first-responder volunteer groups throughout the country, men and women of all stripes who are highly trained and equipped to come together and respond in their own communities to natural and man-made disasters.
So who is funding it, how is it funded, which piece of legislation...and who voted for it? I thought all funding came thru the House... So did my Congressman vote for this?

They should call them the “Holder Youth”

But wait, The “Holder Youth” are those who Holder has dog whistled his double standard on racist hate crimes to. The ones beating and murdering whites and other non blacks on the streets out of race hatred. They have no formal training and do what they do naturally.

This new group has training and perhaps will be more comparable to the Gestapo as time goes by.

Glad things are working out better for you and your son. Outstanding, teaching the young man some skills, good for you and him, too.

It took three months, but we have her back in family hands.

I let the word out that we were gunning for the LSWs licenses, and we had documented numerous violations of ethical standards which are codified in State Law. I'm biding my time until we can get her free, then it's payback time.

The 'fosters' she was placed with abused that child worse than she has ever lived, I have never seen that child so distressed, nor in such rotten physical shape. I have only seen hands with skin like that from chemical burns, and this is a little girl. I was livid.

We even got another office investigating the office who had placed her with those, and suddenly things got a lot more civil.

I pay her way in parochial school (she's getting nearly straight A's), and when they wanted to change schools (to further isolate her from relatives in the same school), I invoked her civil rights. I already had the parish priest involved, because of her distress, she was wondering why God let that all happen. (I had told her to keep praying, God will answer).

No prayer in public schools, no mass every week. Did they want a First Amendment lawsuit? Or to be charged with conspiracy to deprive someone of a fundamental Civil Right (a Felony--and actionable from a civil suit angle)?

We hit the tribal angle, too (family is fundamental, there).

The Social Serpents are better behaved, now, but it isn't over.

I think they thought we were going to just roll over. Fat chance. She's one of ours.

Lots of union Fire/Rescue out there.

(Unlike MD, which is still mostly Volunteer).

My wife belongs to the local CERT, and it's a joke. They don't let them go to any actual emergencies (and there have been a few in the area) because of liability concerns. They're mainly used for neighborhood watches, but even that was canceled after the Treyvon Martin incident, so my wife has no involvement in the program at all. To me it's just another means for a local government entity (the sheriff in this case) to get federal grant money.

My DH saw on the news a graduating class of them. He thought they were ROTC. Not one white in the bunch.

Big story no pics. The AHCA (Affordable Health Care Act) has a provision in it authorizing a private army replete with weapons training under direct supervision of the president. The FEMA thing is not it.

The ‘graduation’ occurred on Sept 13, 2012, 2 days after our people were attacked & murdered in Libya.

Now I understand the $1.2 billion ammo order from DHS.

If BHO is stupid enough to try to declare martial law and take over these poor kids won’t last long at least not in my area. It would be like fish in a barrel.
