Just deputize private pilots AND offer a bounty on illegals who are trespassing at night. Under present Texas laws, a trespasser may be shot at night.
Add a bounty for such illegals and the Aporkalypse Now folks would soon branch out. Google the “Aporkalypse Now” video if not familiar with this interesting and totally Texan solution to a pest problem which multiplies faster than an illegal alien.
Bounties - good enough for the Old West is good enough for now.
