Stuart, FL – Congressman Allen West released the following statement regarding the election results certified today by the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections:
“Since Election Day we have been working for a fair and accurate accounting of the election outcome in which voters can put their full trust. We will review the results of today’s recount and the other available data to determine how to proceed. I have been humbled by the support we have received and the hard work of so many to ensure the integrity of this process.
We look forward to the report which will be issued by the Secretary of State’s auditors this coming week which we hope will shed light on some of the outstanding issues.”
We got ONE friggin’ Republican that doesn’t lay down and die when the Democrats cheat.

Why elect them if they won’t do the hard work?
They are helping the democrats.
That is their function and purpose.
They have no other function or purpose.
The RNC was getting involved, but I am not sure to what extent. It will be interesting to follow this.
I have been following the Allen West "fraud fight" on Facebook.
Someone on there said that the GOP won't help because of some old "agreement"/court order between GOP & DEM parties where the GOP isn't allowed to raise fraud allegations or some such...
I don't know if that's true, but they (GOP) certainly act like it.

Why the GOP won’t challenge vote fraud
Just like Rush has said many times before the GOPe prefers to be the minority party. It’s just easier to be able to sit back and blame the other side. The cocktail parties in DC still exist whether you’re the majority or the minority party. It’s just that much easier for them to accept defeat when it’s a conservative out there fighting for his seat.

“Sorry, can’t help you. We’re having a tough time trying to figure out how to service Obamao and slit America’s throat at the same time.”
RNC can’t do much per long ago court settlement.
Candidates are on their own.

The RINO/GOP redistricted his seat such that he was supposedly sure to lose.
Gop has been late to help him. Typical. They redistricted him to get rid of their embarrassment because he does not take any crap from the other side. He does not follow the PC thing, you know.

i’m from Missouri, & i’m cornfused. read somewhere this evening that murphy’s lead had increased from .058 to .065% during the recount. is that right? also, was the story about precinct 93 w/900 votes out of 7 registered voters true?.....I saw the story disparaged. is there a list of fraud that Allen is basing his continuing appeal on? Did they count that last found batch of 306 votes?

Of course, they blame the other side for what is wrong in the nation, they blame us for the GOP being the minority and not being able to win.
The truth is, they (GOPE) prefer to be the minority party as far as Congress goes.

This County waited until their vote totals were in before adjusting theirs and causing all this mess...They knew just how much to do and not get a full 3 county recount but got stupid and almost caught in their own early ballots...
That is my take on it!
Read up on it. The old retired judge comes back each year to be sure the agreement is renewed!
State Repubs might be helping, but they were the ones who created new districts that moved him from his old base.

Here's something to ponder. What if a Sarah Palin type had moved to John Boehner's state and ran for his seat as an independent conservative?

Given John Boehner's record, who would you really want to own this House, the republicans or the democrats? I mean, what's the big difference between what Nancy Pelosi would do and what John Boehner's giving away to Obama?
The end results will be the same. Disaster for the nation. If that's what John Boehner's got to offer then the republican party's name is written all over the disaster. At least if Pelosi were the Speaker (which one would think she is anyways)her party's name would be written all over it.
I'm for the nation above politics but what I see the republicans doing right now... it would be better if Pelosi were in control because the end results will be the same except maybe faster - fast enough to maybe win BOTH Houses in 2014.

We all know that from now until the next election John Boehner and the republican controlled House will be the blame for everything bad that happens in America just like Romney and Bush were the blame for everything from the present economy, Benhgazi and even Hurricane Sandy. And it worked. The exit polling data shows that it worked.

There is no real difference between their houses, the end result is that the democrats get everything they want.
Honestly this is why I am not trying to trouble myself too much over this now, and it’s why I am saying the game is over and that we have been checkmated.
There is no solution that I can see that can be implemented in time to cause us to avoid the destination set for us by the democrats...and the republicans.

Rest assured that the democrats are blaming Paul Ryan and the republican controlled House for "voting against security in Benghazi".

That entire blog post is rediculous, but more to the point, the actual court case and settlement would have absolutely NOTHING to do with what West has been working on in his election battle.
The 306 votes were hand replaced with new ones since the machine kicks out write-ins. She originally took them to the office and left them there. No one knew they were there until auditors found them. Just before the deadline they were fed into a broken machine as the observers complained that it was the one they had to stop using yesterday...no response from the staff they said and yes, when the final tally was to be made that tape was rejected and the recount was not done in time. Shortly after 11 they all went into another room to decide what to do and stayed till it was too late.
Yes, it seems to be true about the district. I should go to the site and see the totals when they are posted. Originally there were 6 votes split evenly. This is a small Guatemalan Community.
Did you see the pictures of the boxes when they were all sent out of the building at night? each box next to the machine used to count them and with the print out on the machine. The pictures the next morning showed all the boxes moved to tables and now there were seals on them...
1654 votes would cause a mandatory recount. Well 900 might be in one place! Comparisons of poll books and totals has not been allowed...maybe the rest are buried in there too.
Don’t forget they changed their totals after the other counties were reported. not reported until very late and the other counties he won were in at a normal time. They said it was the early votes that were wrong and they had counted them again...then tried to do different days when caught.

Hmmm, I wonder if the sec. of state report could keep this recount going? The sec. of state is the “buck stops here” regarding elections. He/she also has the option of referring suspected voter fraud to the Attorney General for investigation. Our Texas Attorney General has done that and indicted people for voter fraud.
I can’t find any information anywhere about that 900-vote claim, except in one news story which claims to be reporting something they heard from someone connected to the campaign.
The 93rd precinct in that county DOES list 7 registered voters as having voted, and 6 votes cast, 3 for West, 3 for Murphy.
I suppose it’s possible that during the recount, someone wrote the wrong number on a spreadsheet. But there is no formal report on the internet about the recount.
The I’ve read that Murphy picked up 200 votes in the recount. Since they didn’t get done in time, at the moment those new recounted results don’t count.
I think West’s statement tonight is terse, and to the point.

Consent Decree e) deals with racially “created” (I think) districts...that is exactly why he was redistricted when the state added new districts, to meet the criteria.
This Supervisor of elections tried to cover for the one in Palm Beach County years ago. The other was removed.
