I never watch Leno or Letterman, but I am familiar with their “Man on the Street” interviews showcasing American ignorance, even stupidity. As Jimmy Carter said of the “energy crisis” the stupidity “is real.”

Me either, but someone here posted something the other day that Leno said that bears repeating: `We're marching towards a fiscal cliff and the dunces of America just elected a man who says, `Forward!'
Popcorn for everybody, make yourselves comfortable, show starts soon. At this point I'm rooting for the hole ...

We've all seen the "Man on the Street" interviews by Leno and others.
It seems to me now that they do this with GREAT PRIDE. Proud that the voters are this stupid, proud to display to all of us just what defeats us every election.
As if to say, "What you going to do about it?", with a big smug HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
